In this hands on class we’ll work on our knife skills as we create a beautifully layered homemade soup using seasonal vegetables and clever ingredients, perfect for chilly winter days or impromptu dinner parties. We’ll also bake an easy Fresh Herb Quick Bread perfect for whipping up as you create any soup. We’ll taste everything we make in class. Feel free to BYOB.
