One prep session equals three amazing meals! In this hands on class we’ll fine tune knife skills as we prep ingredients to make Ratatouille, Gobi Aloo and Caponata – three recipes likely to become repeats in your menu rotation. We’ll eat everything we make in class. BYOB optional.
