Basic Chocolate Making Class

Taught by Pastry Chef Victoria Kenyon, owner of Vanilla Bean Pastry Studio, this basic chocolate making class is perfect for beginners. Chef Victoria will introduce the 4 types of chocolate and how to easily temper each chocolate (without using a machine). Everyone will make hand-rolled truffles and cherry almond dark chocolate bonbons. BYOB optional.
We must have 6 students for this class to be held.
