Love French cuisine? Join us in a casual kitchen setting and enjoy some classics. In this hands on class we’ll make a menu that may well be served in just about any neighborhood French bistro. Menu: Poulet à la Beaune featuring moutarde Fallot, Oven Roasted Crispy Potatoes, French Country Salad with Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette and Normandy inspired Calvados Apple Tarte Tatin.
