
For Children 8 – 13 years old on Mondays from 4 – 6pm
5 weeks – November 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th and December 2nd
Join us in the kitchen every week for 5 weeks as we explore the cuisines of countries far and wide. We’ll learn about the special spices, herbs and cooking techniques that make each country’s food special and unique. In every class we’ll practice our basics – knife skills, preparation, organization and cleanliness. We’ll prepare recipes from start to finish using whole foods and the very best ingredients and enjoy tasting everything at the end. Whether your child is a new cook or knows their way around a kitchen, they’re sure to cultivate and grow their love of cooking and baking here.
NOTE: We cook and bake with the very best ingredients we can purchase which may include gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, fish & shellfish. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate for special diets and/or severe allergies in our general cooking classes.
