The French will tell you, no one knows the art of cooking as expertly as they do! Whether it’s peasant fare or haut cuisine, one must admit, the French have a knack for flavor, taste and aesthetics. In this hands on class we’ll work together to make Les Oeufs Jeannette, Creamy Dijon Chicken, Pilaf de riz and Gâteau au Chocolat Tigre topped with almonds, chocolate and whipped cream.
