March 18th, 25th, April 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd, 2026
For young cooks and bakers, from 8 – 14 years old, who are interested in learning more about Portuguese, Indian, German, Spanish/Latin & Norwegian Cuisines. In each weekly class we’ll create a meal from one of these 4 cuisines and enjoy eating everything we make in class. As we work through recipes, both easy and more difficult, we’ll learn proper knife skills, measuring techniques, baking & cooking tips & tricks and become more confident, safe and efficient in the kitchen. Each week’s recipes can be used to recreate meals for your family and friends at home! On week 6 we’ll have a friendly competition, break into teams and a mystery judge will come to evaluate the delicious and beautiful dishes each team creates.
Please Note:
We cook and bake with the very best ingredients we can purchase which may include gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, fish & shellfish. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate for special diets and/or severe allergies in our general cooking classes. If you would like to schedule a private class, please contact us.
