Cooking Camp for Adults – Learn, Share, Cook & Bake

Yes, it’s true, summer cooking camps are for adults too!! An entire week of creating delicious, beautiful and inspirational dishes together with others who also have a love of food and creative cooking. Each morning you’ll arrive at the kitchen to find a work bench brimming with fresh, local produce, meats, seafood and cheeses and receive a daily challenges to create unique, no recipe recipes. Using resources like The Food Bible, Newport Cooks recipes and the knowledge each camper brings with them, teams will work together to create new and exciting dishes with the guidance and encouragement from our instructors. We’ll taste all of our delicious creations while discussing the process(es), techniques and considerations that went into making each one. Some cooking experience is helpful, but not necessary. A willingness to be creative, an openess to trying new things and working together, is all it really takes. By the end of the week you’ll feel empowered and confident creating no recipe recipes and cooking freestyle to your heart’s content!

Please Note: We cook and bake with the very best ingredients we can purchase which may include gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, fish & shellfish. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate for special diets and/or severe allergies in our cooking camps.
