
Local Lebanese Cook & Blogger, Amale Chamseddine will teach this hands on class. We’ll create a
Mediterranean inspired grazing board, perfect for holiday parties, tailgates and hosting guests. We’ll make and bake herb pinwheels, cheese stuffed phyllo triangles and several delicious dips to arrange alongside crudité, bread and fruit. We’ll enjoy grazing on everything we make in class and you’ll go home with recipes, tips and tricks for easy entertaining.
