Ever wondered what the satisfaction and accomplishment of making your own croissants feels like? Together we will make the dough, learn the lamination and shaping process and, of course, enjoy our freshly baked flaky croissants at the end of class.
Croissant making is typically a 3-day process that we have condensed into a fun 4-hour class of hands on learning.
