The number one tool in the kitchen is our knives. If you need a brush up on how to more efficiently slice, dice and chop, come hone your knife skills with us as we prep for summer salads and quick pickles. Feel free to bring your favorite knife from home or try some of ours on for size and handling. We’ll enjoy eating everything that’s made at the end of the class! BYOB
