The Moosewood Cookbook was my first vegetarian cookbook and is still a favorite 50 years later! Moosewood Restaurant, in Ithaca, NY, was a pioneer in bringing vegetarian cuisine to mainstream dining and eventually to the world in the form of many fabulous, hand illustrated and approachable cookbooks that continue to guide vegetarian (and flexitarian) cooks world wide. In this class we’ll work together to make a 3 -course vegetarian meal and sit to enjoy eating it together. These classes are for well seasoned cooks and beginners alike, whether you are vegetarian or just trying to eat less meat.
