In this hands on class we’ll make pasta dough from semolina flour and eggs and learn to make 3 shapes – Farfalle, Tortellini & Tagliatelle. We’ll also learn the secrets to layering a delicious, easy to make red sauce that we’ll make two ways – vegetarian and with meat and a hearty, seasonal pesto. We’ll top off the menu by making a Raspberry Ricotta Cake and Raspberry Coulis . We’ll eat everything we make in class.
