Integrating plant-based meals into your life is anything but boring! In this hands on class we’ll make
Roasted Mushroom Risotto, Mushroom Pate, A Thai Mushroom Larb and Butternut Squash Mushroom Wellington. We’ll taste a variety of mushrooms and learn a bit about their flavor profiles, different forms they come in and their many culinary uses.
