Discover how 5 simple ingredients can create three very unique dishes in this lively, hands on cooking class. We will go over efficient knife skills as we slice, dice and chop ingredients to make a delicious French Ratatouille, Indian Gobi Aloo and a mouth watering Italian Caponata. We’ll enjoy eating everything we make in class together.
