
One Pie – Make and Take Pie Class

Enjoy an evening in the kitchen making a delicious full-sized fruit and/or savory pie that you’ll take home to enjoy over the holidays. Pastry Chef Victoria Kenyon leads this class where you’ll make a flaky crust from scratch and learn the secret to no “soggy bottoms”. You’ll get to choose your filling – fruit and/or savory and decide whether you wish to freeze or refrigerate your pie to bake later or bake it when you get home. A lovely night out of fun in the kitchen that gives you a pie (or pies) to enjoy during the holidays. In class we’ll also enjoy tasting two pies – a sweet and a savory – BYOB, if you’d like.
