Master the art of making French croissants from scratch. Together we will make the dough, learn the lamination and shaping process and, of course, enjoy our fresh baked flaky croissants at the end of class.
Croissant making is typically a 3-day process that we condensed into a fun 4-hour class of hands on learning.
