The most important tools in the kitchen are your knives! Learn tips and tricks to make slicing, chopping and dicing a
pleasure, not a chore. In this practical, hands on class we will work together to prep ingredients for Taiwanese “Three Cup” Vegetable Stir Fry and an Italian Chopped Salad as we practice new knife skills. We’ll learn how to cut difficult winter squash, bell peppers, onions and much more! As we practice knife skills, our chef will prepare the dishes and and we’ll enjoy eating everything we make together.
