In this hands on class Mary will teach us to make French Macarons in the classic round shape for snow globes as well as festive holiday trees. You’ll learn techniques, tips and tricks to bake and decorate Patisserie quality macarons. They make beautiful gifts and holiday treats. BYOB

*This class is suitable for creative adults and mature children who are able to constructively participate in a 3-hour class that will be partially instruction/lecture and partially hands-on working on technique, design and presentation.
