Oh, winter squashes, how we love thee! Join this hands on class to learn about the many winter squashes their uses and how to safely cut and peel them (and which ones you can eat the peel). In class we’ll make Curried Butternut Pear Soup, Stained Glass Root Vegetable Tarte Tatin, Kabucha Pie and more.
