
Sunday, February 9th 12:30 – 3:30pm 
In this class you’ll learn the techniques necessary to make the perfect macronage, a stiff, glossy stovetop choux and paper thin, golden browned crêpes. We’ll discuss each recipe, it’s nuances and then break into groups and make each recipe to enjoy eating together at the end of class. Feel free to BYO Champagne!
